Lead Pastor

Grace Fellowship is looking for its next Lead Pastor who can capitalize on the foundation that is in place and expand the ministry to be even more effective and to reach more un-churched individuals and families. The church desires to have a balanced ministry emphasis of reaching the un-churched, growing Christ-followers, equipping Christ-followers to actively minister; and developing leaders to own the various ministry segments. The church is currently averaging 80 in attendance and desires to further impact many others in the area. The church is very open to considering developing other campuses as the ministry grows. The Kids’ Ministry and the Youth Ministry reach many kids and students from the area and are excellent! We have begun to see those ministries as a great way to pull un-churched families into the church in the future. The Leadership Team is young, teachable and energetic.

We have taken the time to assess our strengths and weaknesses and see great potential for growth and impact. To fulfill the vision that God is giving us will require a pastor who can serve as the leader of leaders while building relationships with the current members and attenders, strategically developing and implementing the vision; and passionately leading and equipping us to reach the unchurched within our spheres of influence. We are located in Avis, Pennsylvania which is 15 miles West of Williamsport, PA (where the Little League World Series is held), 13 miles of East of Lockhaven, PA and 45 miles North East of State College, PA (where Penn State is located).
